He runs many training courses and shopping workshops throughout Poland and is responsible for the substantive side of the largest Polish Procurement Conference POLZAK.

Paweł Kamiński

In his almost 20 years of work, Michal Pawlowski has gained extensive experience in a wide range of procurement activities, particularly in the area of transformation projects and in IT and telecommunications procurement.

He graduated in law from Lazarski University of Warsaw. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.

Michał started his professional career in 2005 at Bank Pekao, where he implemented projects in the area of procurement, cost optimisation and transformation.
He then linked his career with UniCredit Group, where he was Global Category Manager from 2007 to 2011, defining and implementing global procurement strategies. Awarded a special recognition by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) for integrating environmental aspects into purchasing.
Since 2011, he was again associated with Bank Pekao, where he held senior positions in the Bank's procurement structures related to procurement management and transformation. From 1 September 2022, Michal joined Bank Santander Poland as Head of the Procurement Office.

He has completed numerous training courses in Poland and abroad, including procurment management, leadership and negotiation. Member of the Core Team in the PSML Dialog IT programme.
